With over 30 years of business experience with 3 decades of experience in real estate, Mr. Murali Krishna has shaped some of South India's most significant mixed-use developments across Bangalore and Hyderabad. As the driving force behind Iconica's design and engineering vision, he brings an uncompromising commitment to quality, master craftsmanship, and on-time delivery that runs through every project.
Mr. Santosh Lakshmi Kottu
A Christ University graduate and MBA from the United Kingdom, Santosh brings a global perspective and 10+ years of real estate expertise to Iconica. As Director across Iconica Constructions, GRPL, and multiple group entities, he leads the brand's next phase of growth with a people-first mindset and a clear ambition — to make Iconica one of India's most admired real estate names.

Iconica brand launched as GRPL’s premium real estate arm.

Iconica Grande, Vizag launched — 138 luxury villas across 17 acres. Iconica delivers 0.5 million sq. ft. in Vizag.
2018
Joint venture with Shriram Properties, Bangalore — ~2 million sq. ft. planned near Electronic City.
2020–2022
Iconica Capitol and The Crown by Iconica, launched in Visakhapatnam.
2022–2025
Iconica Grande achieves Ready-to-Move status. RERA registered. Families move in.
